Fees are $100 for training and test. $50 for test only.

One Day Classes
On-Site classes in the comfort and privacy of your own establishment for groups of 5 or more extra fee. Exams available in English, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese. Re-certification class now available.
Private classes also available at your location or one of ours.
Cancellation/No-Show rescheduling policy
You may reschedule your appointment one time at no charge provided. After that there will be a $25.00 rescheduling fee. We also reserve the right to impose a $25.00 "no-show" and/or cancellation fee.
